Zumba Fusion is a latin ispired easy-to-follow, calorie-burning and fitness-party class. The class is a brilliant form of exercise that keeps you fit, helps to burn calories, build stamina and tone the whole body. It is a dance workout with lots of dance flavours. Feel the music and have fun.
